Failed to resolve

I have updated everything to be updated in android studio but I still get these errors:

Failed to resolve: me.henrytao:smooth-app-bar-layout:24.1.0.0

Failed to resolve: com.xiaofeng.android:flowlayoutmanager:1.2.3.2

Caused by: org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.ivyservice.DefaultLenientConfiguration$ArtifactResolveException: Could not resolve all files for configuration ':app:debugRuntimeClasspath'.
