Support for AWS Amazon Linux 2 Platform

Cloudify should support Amazon Linux 2 as native OS for the Cloudify agent when executing lifecycle scripts, such as BASH and Python code. Rather strange, since there is a AWSSDK that supports the API, but no support for the Amazon Linux 2 platform.

Currently this is out-of-the-box = not working.
