Avoid pushing/pulling really large build caches

Description

We should check the size first and make sure it fits on the disk? If it’s too big, we should probably flush it right there? Code referenced here: https://github.com/apppackio/apppack-codebuild-image/blob/main/builder/build/prebuild.go

Would be slick if we could trigger the event for clearing the cache instead of doing it directly in the build.
