Is this viable to be used as an emergency shell ?

Is it possible to lauch native shell instead of say task manager when the desktop/explorer has crashed ? Similar to Ctrl+Shift+F1 in many linux distros ?

Once the operating system is loaded, there's a way to launch a native application using Andrey Shedel's "nrun.exe" utility. The native shell will launch and respond to keyboard commands, but unfortunately, it won't be able to display output.
Theoretically, it would be possible to launch an additional application that would communicate with the native shell via some Windows kernel data transfer mechanism and display output to the console.
