SCI Client not running checks on subroutine includes #239
Description
Subroutine include files don't seem to be getting checked when running an inspection in SCI of a single program that uses a subroutine include. For example, I ran several checks on programs that had F01 includes, and while using openchecks or the abaplint cli returned errors in these files, no errors were ever returned for these files when using abaplint in the code inspector, leading me to believe these files are being skipped over in abaplint SCI
