Unable to control exam visibility by CSV upload #86
Description
I'm trying to upload exams on PrairieTest using a CSV file, but despite setting the visible_to_students column to true (and TRUE, and True for good measure), the exams are always set as "Staff only"

I even tried using the sample CSV file and just changing the field and it still doesn't seem to ever make it visible to students by default.
