The "polymer-cli@1.9.7" tag is missing. #3610

It seems that the polymer-cli@1.9.7 tag is missing here https://github.com/Polymer/tools/tags. Was it deleted by accident? There is a tag for version 1.9.6 and 1.9.8, but not for 1.9.7. We use polymer-cli@1.9.7 in several projects and yesterday our builds started failing with error Invalid tag name "1.9.7. Thanks.
