Update / improve test for default projection and default cs

The projectionDefault.test.js tests both the default projection for maps and layers, as well as testing the default cs attribute / property value for geometries.

The test should be more vocal and demonstrative about what it tests.

There's also a similar and possibly redundant test that could be merged, in mapElement.test.js
