Allow designating testsets to be run serially #77
Description
Metal.jl has been fixing some bugs that only happen at arrays of sizes ~2^32. I'm limiting them to run on devices with a certain amount of RAM but I would like to be able to designate them to run one-by-one before or after the rest of the tests
