CPP overrides on InkThread not working

some of the args dont match (like on LineWritten) and also they need to be BlueprintNativeEvents in order to trigger the call to the _Implementation

You now enter untested territory since only one person ever used Manuel CPP in unreal and he sadly never published his fixes.

If you find fixes please start a PR or show possible solutions I will be glad to discuss them.

Later this month I should be able to work on it too.

How did you build the project for using the CPP bindings? (out of curiosity)
