[Feature request] Manage video tabs + new types

• I believe this feature request will benefit more than 10% of users, not just myself

Feature Description

Hi. I am using PipePipe to inform myself and learn about different topics. For that I'd love a feature that would allow for the removal of the video tabs in a seperate settings option + new optional video tab types like a transcript tab.

(I am referring by video tabs to the Comments, Recommendations, SponsorBlock, Description under each video. Note that the SponsorBlock tab can already be disabled for those who choose not to use it. )

New types might include:

• a transcript tab
• a note-taking tab specific to each video (which might edit/ add a comment in metadata of later downloaded videos OR add and save comments a different way)

*best with local file playback support (might be beyond scope)
