[Bug] Content filter and channel blocking doesn't account for playlists #1823

Describe the bug

Playlists from blocked channels still appears in search results.
Content filtere's keywords still appears in search results as well in the form of playlists/channel names (More of a request/bug not quite sure)

Always (100% of the time)

Samsung S8

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Add a channel to blocklist

  2. Search for content from that channel

  3. Its playlists still appears in search results

  4. Clicking on the playlist, then Add to blocklist shows a confirmation dialog, of whether or not to add null to blocklist

  5. Add A keyword to content filter

  6. Look up something that contains that filtered out keyword

  7. Playlists/channel names containing that keyword still appear in search results
