bug: Theming of GTK Flatpak applications stopped working

What happened?

Even though I activate the toggles they always get reset, hence Flatpak Apps are not themed properly.

To Reproduce

1. Burger Menu -> Preferences
2. Toggle both GTK3 and 4 on
3. Close dialog
4. Open Preferences again
5. Toggles are reset

Expected behavior

1. Burger Menu -> Preferences
2. Toggle both GTK3 and 4 on
3. Close dialog
4. Open Preferences again
5. Toggles are activated
