`tmpo pause` and `tmpo resume` doesn't maintain milestone context

The problem

When you pause your session with tmpo pause while working within a milestone, running tmpo resume starts a new tracking session with the same description, but without the milestone attached.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Start a milestone (tmpo milestone start "test milestone")
2. Start tracking (tmpo start "test description")
3. Pause (tmpo pause)
4. Resume (tmpo resume)
5. Stop (tmpo stop)
6. Run tmpo log and see the issue.
