After hibernation\restart my mixer volume per app is always at 100. How could i fix that to make mixer keep my settings preferences. Overall volume is not changing but per app volume always 100%.

Change settings
Restart pc
Boom, again 100

Why you answer things you don't know about?
Right before using tweaker it used to work well, even with shut down pc.
After tweaks problem become
