reportit import/export functionality doesn't preserve data template checkmarks

I noticed when I exported and imported a template it lost data template checkmarks.
I am not sure if it export that doesn't preserve data template checkmarks on export or import doesn't honor it or both.

If you edit the XML file, it should be pretty obvious if the value is on or off.

I can't tell based on it if checkmark is present in export or not, perhaps you can:
