这里应该增加 THROW_ON_BAD_JSON_DATE_TIME_DEFAULT 因为AlpacaTelescope的构造函数是16个参数，其他设备的构造函数是15个参数 如果不这样做 这样调用 ASCOM.Alpaca.Clients.AlpacaClient.GetDevice(Device); 会出问题 或者就是像AlpacaCamera一样针对AlpacaTelescope做特殊处理

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking for.

Are you asking me to add a new optional parameter to the GetDevice static method like this?

It's exactly as you said. Otherwise, calling ASCOM.Alpaca.Clients.AlpacaClient.GetDevice(Telescope) will cause problems because its parameters are inconsistent with other constructors, which typically have 15 parameters, such as Focuser and Filter Wheel.
